Structure Of PP Woven Bags
Polypropylene Resin: The primary material used in manufacturing PP woven bags is polypropylene resin. This plastic material is processed into a thin film, which is then woven into fabric. Polypropylene is chosen for its excellent durability, strength, and resistance to various environmental factors.
Woven Structure: The polypropylene fibers are woven into a fabric, which provides flexibility, strength, and breathability. The woven design allows the bag to handle heavy loads and resist tearing while also permitting some air flow, which is especially beneficial for packaging agricultural products.
- UV Stabilizers: These are added to PP woven bags to protect them from the harmful effects of ultraviolet (UV) radiation. UV stabilizers help prevent the bags from degrading when exposed to sunlight, improving their lifespan, especially in outdoor conditions.
- Colorants: These are used to give the bags their color. Polypropylene can be easily dyed to any color, and many bags are designed with a particular color for branding or aesthetic purposes.
- Antioxidants: These additives help protect the polypropylene material from degradation due to exposure to heat or oxygen over time.
